I can't download the game

So i wanna start playing the but i simply can't download the DBOGInstaller, when i press to download whatever if its the mediafire or any of the other 2 options it downloads normaly, but when its on the 100% it simply stops there, but then after a few minutes it says that a error happend and that the download was canceled! can anyone help me?

and the error message is saying its a "network error"
