Can't repair or change gear bug

I'm not quite sure if this is right area of forum, but I can only assume it best goes in bug reports. But to get to the point; I for some reason can't seem to change or repair my gear at the moment, or make inventory changes like selling I discover as I'm writing this, as it comes up "5095 Packet IsLock" and I don't know why. Did I hit something to lock my inventory and gear on accident or is this some full bug that's locked it for some reason?
