So I've been working around with the calculator to see if I can come up with a "Rogue Build" and this is what I have so far. Clicky
Some notes about the choices.
Sleep at 2 SP: I remember watching Divine spam this skill for healing and such and I noticed that he usually had time to spare before attacking. Now I might raise this back to 3 if Turtle Books get the shaft (which they should), but for now I'll keep it at 2.
Spiritual Tree Kamehameha: This was actually a tricky one tbh. Normally you would go with Turtle Rod Hurl for KD, but something I noticed was the end lag. It took slightly longer than regular Kame to finish the animation. Now this is based off practice and memory so there's a chance this will get scrapped, but I'm still experimenting so for now I'm keeping it. Also 8 SP to give it more power than Scatter Shot.
Spiritual Defense Boost + Spiritual Damage Cut: I was chatting with @Iceman a bit ago and I questioned him about the SK's Bold Strike bleed and how it worked, and as it turns out its based on how much damage the energy attack deal: the lower the attack damage, the lower the bleed. This got me thinking about how Turtles have a buff and debuff for energy attack: Spiritual Defense Boost and Spiritual Damage Cut. By cutting his damage by 20% and boosting mine by 524 I could easily knock the bleed down a notch. Granted anti-bleed is still needed for this and I can't be careless, but hey practice makes perfect. Also the reduced physical defense isn't a big issue due to crafted gear having a high defense value at 70. This combo can also help with dealing with support mobs in Cell-X dungeon.
No Spirit Wand: Honestly, the only different between this and Turtle Rod Strike is range and duration/CD so I felt the SP wasn't needed. This can always change of course.
No Kaio-Ken: I don't like the skill. I'll wait for SSJ.
Anyway, that's all there is to it. This is still a heavy WIP, but I think you get the idea.

Not really. You're missing some key skills.
Turtle Rod Impale: This is something you definitely need against Dende Priests.
Spirit Ball: Animation is too long to be usable in PvP and you have better skills that do more damage.
I love how the skill calculator for that link has Gun Maniac and Mech Maniac on there. Does that mean Engineer might become a thing?

Wrong thread, and no it doesn't.
updated ..
I wouldn't call FOC "useless" as you're still going to need it to take down Fighters and the occasional Swordsman who invests in DEX, but yeah it's better to now focus on SOL.
wanna dmg? use SOL
wanna hit and success? use FOC

wanna hit and success? use FOC
50% True, 50% not.
I wouldn't recommend calling focus for hitrate, cosidering you don't need full focus set to hit somebody, since you have a very strong hitrate buff.
A focus bid4 set, OR 28 focus pants will totally do the job.
However in the other hand, you need a huge amount of soul to significally increase your damage.
Very noob question:
why do i only find crafted itens with high M. Def and low Energy def? Its ok for turtle use it?
So based on the current crit system, is it possible that Turtle Hermits would have to resort using SOL gloves to make up the damage? I experimented with 26% gloves, 22% wand, and the 15% buff (which totals to 63% increase in crit damage) and that increase in damage is...not that impressive. I mean it could be too soon to assume this, but I wanted to ask this question nonetheless.

Crafted armor is one of the best sets you can get ingame (discounting CC Dungeon).
Just starting another character and I would like to know a pure PVE Turtle Hermit Build as well also a pure PVE Fighter Build? if there is any out there.
~ Thank you very much in advance.
I used to like turtles because of the many variation of KAMEHAMEHAs they have back in 2012... but that's about where all my love ended.
I recently been playing a lot of overwatch and found out why my love ended! I am not a DPS person (I don't like to damage a lot)
I am a really good Healer and a really good tank, and thus this is why my love for Namekians rose and rose xD
I love playing them DAMN Namekers!
and a really good tank
That's a lie and you know it, look what happen 2 weeks ago with that energy sword...

And what does that have to do with me being a tank xD

What does being a Tank have to do with Turtles?
