When I load the DBOG launcher and enter onto the login screen I cant join the game

I've been getting similar issues, except it said something about "Your character is already logged in" something like that

I think one file is important -> ConfigOptions.xml, because in this file are date like IP, port, language files, etc.

Just have to press more times start ant then you can enter

ive tried to start as i have the same problem and i just got it today

this worked thanks man!! anyone having this issue try this and it will fix it. just remember to change the server to your region and your all set to play.

Actually when i try to update the launcher the updater file gets deleted

You copy/paste file which i uploaded?
If i good understand - you update game using laucher and launcher delete files which download?
If yes - it's strange behavior.
You don't have any security software, which downloaded files see like as virus?

This was doing it for me as well, auth error is something else I have a video on my channel for connection problems involving AUTH error found HERE but I was having login problems where hitting start would not do anything and once you tried again it said char already logged. What I did was delete sweetFX and it worked again for some reason or I just kept closing it several times and relogging and I got in.
