Can human spiritualist or any other human including martial artists, fighter, swordsman, etc..

When we attain our master class (fighter, swordsman, turtle hermit, crane hermit) we keep our basic skill tree, too. So, not to worry. All kind of Humans from level 40 on can become Super Saiyan after wishing from it with the Tier 2 Dragon Balls (which you can not collect at the moment).

Super Saiyan is a skill you find in the Martial Artist and Spiritualist tree. When you get your specialization you can still use your Martial Artist or Spiritualist skills.

you can still uses SSJ even if its not on your masterclass page

same as all the other skills that are not on your master class but on your starter class

What the hell, if SSJ doesn't appear in your normal skill tree in both main classes (Martial Artist or Spiritualist) then your game must be bugged or something.

cool idea, would like to see frieza race in the future. would be hard to balance, but still possible

Pure Majin*, Pure Evil is unique to Majin Buu, and that transformation doesn't resemble it.

This transformation resembles Pure Majin Buu (Kid Buu's original name), because, well, it's the pure form of a Majin.
