Flash Slash - Useless in PVP, yeah big range, big animation and it let you open for attack or stuns.
That is why long range KD as Stronger Energy Barrage is way better choice.
Kaioken - It is more weakness and not power
Evade Up - USELESS... Unless you gain 1700 or more dodge rate, you won't dodge a thing plus dodge is sooo luck based.
Why would you pray for dodge when you can lock them with stuns and KD's...
PS: SM who use this build have the best chance vs other classes than with other builds, ofc with right gear.

Somes tips for you :
In SM tree :
-Flash Slash is useless in PvP, brings you too far from the target and does approx no damages.
-Energy skills a re useless, you're a physical dealer.
-"Energy Recover", the RP buff is useless cause you have a lot of RP balls at max level and it's useless to spent points on.
-"Glaring Lash" is one of the best (maybe the best) debuff of the game (-30 STR + SOL at max lvl) so you should up it.
In MA tree :
-Kaioken oblige.
-"Concentration" the Cooldown reduction buff is just OP so max it.
-Same for "Might"
-"Wolf Fang Fist" just deals too much damages to be ignored, so Max it.
This is approximately all.

Energy Recovery - MUST BE LVL 4, it just give you 2 RP balls soo you can use them for RP power increase or wait for it, KNOCKDOWN...
Without RP balls at will, SM is just bad version of figher I WANT CRITIC AND CRY WHEN I DIE... lol
Glaring Slash - it works on property, not STR OR SOL, 30 property reduce aka 30% attack and def reduce, needed vs classes that stack them as SK and Ultimate Majin and it is really good vs any other classes.
Might - Not enough power, Spirited Roar way better since higher you upgrade weapons higher power plus with prop earrings, power increase much.
Kaioken - soo useless, people will mostly stun you and watch how Kaioken devour you...
Energy Skills - Stronger E. Barrage is kinda must in PVP and good in PVE too, it is AOE long range KD.... I don't think I need to explain how much it is good lol.

For those SM who can't help it but need to have evade up passive (I don't recommend), that want to stack DEX + CON stats, I suggest you this build.
As you can see in this build you will have long range KD's and all good stuffs but it is without scintillation.
This build is for those who want to set its own berserker pace with stuns, KD's and dealing high dmg with critic hits.
In this build your defence is luck based soo it be base guard or dodge or just berserker offence (don't give them time to attack back).

Very surprised when I see people not maxing spirited roar. That's a huge damage increase because it's % based and affects every attack you should be doing (physical).

It really depends if you're going for crit or raw power. Might would be better with crit while Spirited Roar would be for a more berserk build.

Crit damage, yes, but it's only 23 str. That is not equal to 30% raw damage. The stronger your weapon is/higher your str the more that 30% gives you.
And I see people not maxing either sometimes XD
for fighter you better take might, since phys crit damm % works with your stick wich is your main dammage, for swordsman i would recommend the ultimate spirited roar because you only do extra dammage from behind and yu cannot critical with your sword skills.
It is really funny to see that people compare might and spirited roar.
If we take let say fighter with weapons +15 and compare those buffs and use strongest needle to test dmg and result would be like this:
- Spirited Roar = High base dmg and High Critic
- Might = Low base dmg and low critic
Soo it is really up to this, do you want small buff(might) and don't want to lose energy def or you want stronger buff(spirited roar) and lose energy defense.
It is really up to you, but in my eyes Spirited roar will always be better.
