to be honest and im not trying to discourage you but running a guild is a lot of hard work.

is this your first mmo? if it is i would advise you to join a guild instead of forming one and slowly learn how to manage one,trust me ive played a lot mmos and running a guild aint no easy task but if you still want to do it i found these links for you:
