Just FYI, I am a non-casher. I got 5 chars in total with 4 human chars. And I grinded my a$$ to make them 70. Even if papaya quests are fixed, 47-55 area is HELL for leveling. So let alone gearing, even leveling is a big task in this game. Especially for newbies who never played this game. I saw many new people who find it hard to level from 47-55 area, so there are way more important things to do in this game.
Also I started playing like more than a year ago and being a non-casher, I KNOW how hard it is to well gear even 1 char. With binding, playing multiple classes is way hard since I cant use my own equipment.
Flaws I noticed (maybe already mentioned, so sorry for repetition):1. Can't see how it will prevent +15 selling. People who can buy +15 weapon can easily buy a seal coin and sell it.
2. If people can sell without equip, others can still buy it without farming anything. So, can't see how it will bring people to farm their own gear.
3. If people want to sell very high upgrade and expensive armor, they can invest in seal coin and sell it. The only affected users are the average players with average gears who will find hard to sell them because they need to farm dungeons just to be able to sell them. We still don't know about drop rate for them. And if seal coins are tradeable, they might end up an expensive item which might even exceed the value of gear being unbinded (in short, gonna affect mid level players).
4. It's logically bad to justify this update with scam prevention. It is already in game policy that users are responsible for sharing account/gears. If still scam happen due to that, its user's fault. If scam happen due to technical security issues of game, then it's dev's job to secure it.5. Top endgame gear is ccbd/tmq/krakken/cell-X stuff. And its already binded. Top notch players will always farm it, so its binding is justified. Not every gear.
6. Maybe not important, but it also affect giveaways where people can help community by giving their old used gears. But no one gonna do it because of the hassle they need to do for it. The old equipment is literally gonna become garbage with no use.
Side note: IMO it's a BIG update and this update is not discussed thoroughly and was taken very fast. And even after so much opposing by so many community people (with facts), if staff still not reconsidering it, then they are clearly not taking community into mind while making updates. It's clear forced update. -
Yes, I experienced same. And once, it was just insane. I gathered a mob. Then I had to use aoe like 5-6 times to get them all killed. Generally they die in like a kame + scatter shot, 3 is MAX. I used 2 kames, scatter shot, discs, spirit rod (small range aoe, but they were meeling me on one side, so allw ere in range). And still there were like 2 mobs left with some lp.
And generally when I miss skill on a mob due to dodge, I see a purple mark coming. So I am sure I didn't miss! And they all were in range. Never happened before.

I don't have much experience in energy SM, just my thoughts.
I think penetrate is better at lvl 1, 4 more sp for 10 dex seems bad IMO. And you spent a lot of sp just to unlock concentration lvl 1.
I feel like burning attack would be good for farming. It will aggro a lot of mobs in the area without tanking them, and when they come close, use Final effort, and maybe end them with a Flash slash if some survive that. Final effort seems to have good damage, tho it uses your lp.

I wonder if we can obtain Universal Luckiest title multiple times from the crate. I got mine from the very first crate I bought from NPC. After that, I opened like 13-15 crates but no title.

if ur confused how u hve no clue on how it maxes sense for dex giving crit rate, cause it gives dodge and bit of Resistance which has got nothin to related to giving crit, badass has the perfect answer as mentioned earlier 'Fighters STRIVE for DEX! Unlike Swordsman, they dont have a buff that increases their CRIT HITRATE as good as SMs. Fighters need DEX to keep up with the CRIT RATE of Swordsman. On the other hand, Swordsman dont have as much DEX, which makes them unable to do as much Dodging, so they use DEX for that!'

Fighter need to hve dex to give them crit rate unlike SM they a crit rate passive.
and btw SM have more crit rate then fighters thanks to the passive.
SM: land more crits
Fighters: better dmg with crits.

the game has a certain mechanics which are meant for the game not real life logic.
e.g Fight has solar flare since its a class focused around dodge.first of all, its *frod, you piece of shit.
Now, about fighter and SM, you said:

Fighters: better dmg with crits.Say the DEX has crit rate instead of STR which balances it with SM passive crit rate. Now both will land about equal crits right? So, now fighters will do more crits as well as better crits as you said. Is it what you call balanced?
Do you think the FOC in SM is balancing the DEX with fighters? If fighters stack DEX with gear, do you think SM stacking FOC to be able to land hits is a good idea?
And what about the damage of needle? And thunder speed? Don't you think fighter has other good stuff instead of that passive crit? SMs only got crit. And with current STR, they are shit.
Ima just ask you this: are both classes balanced with current DEX and their skills?
