the quest item drop rate for some mobs might be broken,i thought i was just having bad luck but even some "boss" drops dont trigger,which are supposed to be 100%(im talking about some of the rabbits at north mushroom rock)

i do believe you will need the "candy scouter" for that one. It can be obtained in the dragon cave.
