Talking about a.speed, idk which is the cap right now but it should be like when lvl 60 was the max, because speed parties ruins the game. Every boss became easy and boring, you just stood there and click on him, not much skills or strategies.
In every party there was a poko and a karma, so much classes got left out because of this, it was waaaay fun when normal (crit) parties were the thing.
Even tanks got left out because pokos were tanking, lol.
The point is, without so much speed the game is going to be much harder and only the great players will defeat/clear every boss/dungeon.
Idk if you guys think like me.

Nothing is wrong with animation speed. It is 100% correct.
Thunder gives
50% attack speed, 10% phys attack, 30% movement speed.1100 aspd + 50% = 550 aspd. 550 milliseconds for each attack animation (some attack animations are longer so it can be between 550-650ms)
Daneos fix attack speed,and dogi balls effect the max effect in hair is 7% attack speed, now only 1% attack speed e_e

no only turtle, in poko and karma is really slow speed

dragon not necesary one poko is good in speed and pvp with reflect i poko tank cc150 its good build for cc and ud's
