Ping doesn t matter... Pretty sure of this... And u can see the dmg completely different,,, and I think that in old dbo there wasn t a cap... Coz when you get 100% of a time unit, u can t go over... I mean u start with 1100 speed time and when u get 90% reduction, u have like 110 speed time... At 100% u have a crazy 0 speed time... These are not random numbers... It was like this at.. If u played with 99% u can see that is MUCH different then 100%... U do like double dmg with 100%.. Just because u have the zero... And with 99% u have like 11 milliseconds or something... In hk there was a cap after some patch... For that our pve was little harder... The cap was something like 99% if I m not error... 100% can t be defined a cap.. And seeing how easy is for fighters to surpass it, we should have a cap too...

After Gareek video, I can confirm that COMPARED to old dbo speed, it is A LOT slower.. Well not saying it is wrong now... Cause in old dbo speed 100% was like bugged.. Like x10 times stronger then how looks now.. In old dbo when u hadd 100%+ speed, the game was like jumping some part of the animation!

Più che altro bisognava tankare di speed... E comunque preferivo la build pve che era decisamente più comoda e sicura... Comunque non mi riferivo al bug che oltre a stoppare le skill, le mandava in cd (non fixato), ma mi riferivo al fatto che già stoppare i cast (non bug) è un' ottima cosa... Poi con i turtle quel pull aiuta molto.. Poi ovvio che molto dipende dallo stile di gioco.. Ma devo dire che io lo trovavo utilissimo... Anche vs sk, per fermare violence strikes..

Giusto per informazione, io e un mio amico avevamo già tradotto quella parte al 100%, e l'avevamo data a daneos. Purtroppo anche la nostra traduzione manca delle missioni perchè erano in cinese..

La build suggerita da evolutive va molto bene... Io ricordo che avevo la paralisi maxata nel periodo del pvp ma nn ricordo cosa non avevo rispetto quella build.. In ogni caso sono tutte skill utili... Il mystic attack cmq è un must... Sia per il basso cd, sia (e soprattutto) per la grande utilità che ha nello stoppare i cast... Spero solo che sarà possibile resettare senza troppi problemi... Sia perchè molte classi (sk soprattutto) hanno builds completamente diverse da pvp a pve... Quindi era un macello ogni volta spendere milioni di zeni per un reset magari solo per provare una sola skill...

I know what I say... And you understood too I think... If you didn't, it should be bad for you... Anyways I try to explain with some example...
Scenario 1- Start with lv 70: all contents unlocked, and people like me with 11-12 accounts at lv 70 after 6 months that dbog is online... After you spammed the same pve stuffs and also same pvp skills/balance, me, like a lot of people will quit because there is nothing to do (like tons of people said in last 3-4 months said to me in old dbo...) The things will completely change if the team could be able to add NEW CONTENTS.. Like that, I could agre with you... BUT keep in mind that this wont be easy/fast as it has been said many times in faqs...
Scenario 2- Start with lv 55: like old dbo... It has been online for 2 years... So... Every level cap, is like a new game... New balance, new stats, new skills, new pve stuffs, gear combos...there wil be "something to do" every lv cap release..
In both the ways, I will play dbog for sure... I love this game... But the second way is the best way to get the biggest "profit" with the stuffs that WE ALREADY HAVE... It is like this in my opinion... Anyways I wont answer to this thread anymore... There s nothing to add... The evidence was already posted in the other reply... You are of course free to have your opinion...

More lv caps = Longer live for the game = Different strategies = Different dungeon spam for items for each lv cap.
And of course, gm can set exp balanced to reach lv 55 in the same time you can reach lv 70... In mmo's when the lv cap is hard to reach because of the updates, they fix exp and make it easier to get... The problem of dbo was the lack of updates.. Many people was bored to do always the same cc150 and bid4... And since won t be so easy get an update for a PRIVATE server soon, it should be a good system have more lv cap each 6 months for example... To give more time to devs to TRY to add some new cool content, before that people quits the game..

If they start with lv 70, it wont be easy to get updates... And many people will get bored so fast...

Well In my old server if I remember, I had 97-98% att speed like others... Since in hk was already better balanced because dogi balls were only exellent and very few legend ones with 7 days expiration... So 99% people, cant go over 97/98%... So was ok... Only with my fighter I went over 100%... And that was a true pain :P... I think that the perfect deal should be make well playable speed and normal party, both of them.. But ofc... It isn't easy... Because it needs a perfect balance...
