    Do you realize that in retail anticrit on classes besides SK was actually a thing, so crit damage was a hit or miss?

    Of course if you change small aspects of the game for either PvP or PvE, the whole balance will die eventually and stuff wont work out anymore.

    I think we didn't play the same game, the one i played no class was capable to block critical hits as much as SK's since the scouter update even full anti-crit SK didn't block that much crits.

    How can it be "a bit" different if you deal 100 - 120k less damage with better gear, lol?

    Do you realize that x1.5 critical bonus damage is far higher than x1.35/x1.25, we've already tried to play with these ratios and made damage insane in the past and players weren't happy about it to be more specific "tank players".


    You will tell me "im talking about PVE" changes affect both PvP and PvE aspects this not blade and soul.

    Besides PvP, I am talking about PvE. The floors between 50 and 60 have those roboterstages with 120k hp, back in TW we were able to instakill them with 150k kame. Now you can barely do 60 - 70k with giants on wand +15 although "prop works".

    Critical damage is a bit different from retail not the damage itself.

    Then how can you explain turtle dealing 60k with much better stats (full +15, buffs, kaio, Max prop) on DBOG compared to 160k dbo Tw with +12 Ticket gear and a little less prop? (dbog prop was at 1% back then) How can there exist such a 100k+ gap with the same formula used?

    I already told you in taiwan they had -5% damage, here prop works

    Here it only upgrades the DoT damage of skills. In original it upgraded base skill damage and DoT damage of DoT-skills. I send ticket with video proof awhile ago

    Don't get me wrong. I believe DBOG has done some things better than TW. You guys have done some things. I just believe you should allow experienced players that knew the TW version well to have some say.

    Yes, it will be better (for you and me and ainttoxic) but not for others especially players who are used to the actual meta they'd say the damage is insanely stupid and stone drop rate is nearly impossible not because it's bad it's because they get used/adapted to the previous update.

    Well, just make it like retail, I am pretty sure that will be the most balanced stage. Give them back their damage thats fine since they have cooldowns on gapclose and stuff like that. But if you want to make it like retail, you have to make everything like retail.
    Bring back partyrevive in budokai, give us that N prop, lower stone droprate so equipment is key to winning again and not pressing needle and praying to crit.

    Good idea i like it, you and i want the same thing but let's suppose all of what you said happens in the next update you will see tons of threads complaining about stone droprate and property change blaming the dbog staff members for not listening to the community even though we did listen to you as "individual community member" and ultra instinct top elite player Sirab would still call us sadists and that we don't know anything about the game.

    Armor bind update was awful

    For you it was awful for others it wasn't, maybe we should create a server based on what you like just for you but i'm afraid it's not possible.


    Anyways the Burn defense stats works now but cranes thousand slash is still nerfed so I'm assuming you guys just forgot you heavily nerf cranes after burn defense was up and running again.

    Changes will be made in the future, cranes will raise again but 1 thing for sure you will see a similar thread like this talking about how bad the update is because of crane buff.

    So if we make it like retail "Dps classes" will be stronger and the only real tank will be SK.

    But again it doesn't make sense, because you are telling me introducing N prop, which was always part of the game, and halving global prop are the options. How is that an option if N prop was always there and was effectively used to counter prop builders on TW? And those single attribute stats don't say much, since there are so many useless stats (abdominal pain, poison, energy, ep regen and so on) in the game, who says that single attribute isn't one of them?

    Ok, so you prefer that fighter can deal more damage to ultis with N prop instead of tanking more with half prop? You want to make defenssive class to tank more or to die fast? I don't get what you really want.

    You know that there are players that do enjoy PvE much more than PvP in this game? And can you explain the reasoning, like the exact and logic reason behind this .5 nerf to any (every) class? I actually doubt that you can.

    Btw. there is a stat which is called burning defense, so that argument is invalid.

    I don't remember the reason behind halving prop but there was someone who was talking about how 1 global property increase both your attack and defense by 13% while and single property % increase only 1 single attribute by 10% max well it was a long conversation Daneos had to choose to whether introduce N prop and make prop completly useless in PVP like it was in retail or halve the global property.


    Cool now look at that buffer losing 25 % of his damage reduction, 1.5k damage lul go farm stones. I am getting 20-25k needles by those 2x33% full dex fighters because their damage just got buffed while any other class which relies on prop got gutted.

    You just said earlier you want retail balance, in retail buffers were defenseless now you contradict yourself by saying you want buffers to be able to tank more, i love ultis i wished they could tank more.

    Regarding props, as i explained in my previous post it only affects PVE aspects and in PVP aspects defenssive classes benefits from it more than they did in retail.


    We implemented tickets to help players levelup their character, we wanted to replace them with stones but it wasn't rewarding enough and not because of some evil plans or special agenda. (It will be only obtainable through blue gift box and +15 tickets from level 70 will be deleted)


    Crane 1k slash nerf wasn't even our idea, it was requested by an experienced player his name is Monel, and he was right back then there was no stat that could counter burns

    Armor Bind update This Needs to Be Said

    Many players supported the armor bind idea, that's not even a bind its a joke if you ask me you can easily unbind any item and just because some people didn't like it and started flooding threads we have to revert it back without even testing how it works? Since that update i didn't see any reports regarding item theft from accounts or scams and most importantly players gets to use their own gear not to mention that you've been involved in a item theft.

    Yes i already said in one of my previous posts that the prop change affects only pve aspects.

    At least in dbog you get the chance to benefit from the 0.5 prop in PVP unlike retail N prop weapons ignore your whole prop def, so it only affect PVE

    well yeah thats what i forgot to mention aswell. The legit Counter to prop is going N. And any Class can do it, which even Proofs that point that prop was Balanced. Now its just a kind of ok stat, while the Game was mostly balanced around those Stats

    Oh it was actually -5% and in dbog you get 0.5% per 1 prop and it cant be bypassed which means tank class are more tanky than retail, logically you got more Prop bonus in dbog

    That's because most players gave up on this forum along time ago. People are always trash talking it on platform.

    You forgot the other part which are not familar with forums, well i don't blame them seing 2 threads like this it makes you wanna clear your history and never come back again.


    Most of that stuff is just removing P2W crap which should be done to every private server. The only thing in that list that was really suggested hard by the community and got put in for us was the increase in stone drop rate. But we all had to give up an arm and a leg to get that done, countless threads being closed, and also costed TonyEffe getting banned.

    No it was planned before since the very begin before you or Tony made an account here, we did what we did because we wanted to and not because it's a private server.

    Not only PvE got trashed with that .5 .5 nerf, PvP is totally unbalanced aswell. Getting one hit as Ultima with +14 lv 70 gear and full prop + full buffs with around 25-30k hp by any human in that game that builds some crit dmg (mostly fighter), is ridiculous. Now you will come up with arguments like "yea but you can go anticrit and it should be fine". Aha, I have 40% anticrit and get crit with like every second ability. Back to prop, let me list some problems.

    You want retail balance, you should know that back then in retail buffers get 1 shoted by mere fighters with +12 tickets on their N-prop attribute weapon i'm talking about good buffers full prop and green aura CC it also has prop, in Dbog you get to chance to benefit from half prop instead of 0.


    Regarding turtles, take a look on DiVine videos near his character Icon you will notice he had "N-prop" he bypass target's property def, thats why my dear turtle in dbog deal less damage than retail.


    As you see here, he have strange on armor and nothing on weapon he is not using nothing prop for nothing. Special elite top tier player should know this kind of detail they forgot to tell you about it
