some stats of armour like CON not work on character ( for example without CON normal 3000 LP and with CON 3000 too )

i know that focus decreases some debuff for example stun instead of 5 seconds work only 4.67 seconds
or it was a bug but i'm sure there was the difference -
focus decreases debuff duration too (stuns,paralysis,ecc...)
