About time someone replyUaaa...I mean yes. Some extra info that isn't included in the documents. Dbo model files contain some kind of security protocol in the form of 4 exta bytes which are editable in HEX using notepad++ or HxD editor. If these 4 extra bytes are not included the game will not read the models wether they are .DFF or not, tested this myself. Use RWanalyzer to find out what the 4 bytes are.

If that's what you say is true, then is it already possible to export a model as DFF, add those 4 bytes and replace some already existing model with it? Hypothetically of course if we are skipping the whole bone names of the rig as well. I would like to see somebody try this and confirm whether that's possible having such information.
I think it's 200 ms max because the server refreshes at that rate too, if you go less than that the server won't be able to register the damage anyway.
Well then, here's your answer. I suppose we can close this thread now since it has been clarified that there is no possibility of increasing the speed cap and you just have to deal with how it is.

My suggestion: Let's cap it at 100ms instead of 200 and see what happens (if speed parties come back, classes get useless or op, etc.)

Good job, Kakarot! You've done something I meant to do months ago but I gave up at the end. This should help many people with installing mods.
Updates:
- Invisible Gloves Mod has been fixed. 'prop255.pak' file has been added to the pack - replace it in the same path as 'prop0.pak'.
Don't forget to make backups!
If someone could tell me does the invisible gloves mod already works with new launcher, I'd be glad.
There is always an option to turn off such effects in the graphics option menu.

I suppose it's an issue with the new launcher. I will try to fix it once the new design is going to be applied etc.
Although who knows, we might get some system reworks. The entire combat can be reworked, air combat can be implemented, training system etc.
All that would probably occur in the future if not the fact, that Daneos isn't going to create a new content.
Of course new events, few models, textures etc might get added in the future but forget about new maps, quests, further story and especially completely new races (with their corresponding skills, gear, voices, models, animations, maps and quests).
We only have one developer that tries to bring this game back to life and few translators. Please also remember, that no one gets paid for it (besides Daneos, that is...) so finding good animators, model and texture artists for free will be most likely impossible.
Besides, Daneos already stated that these things aren't going to be added like ever.

Whatever you do, you cannot remove the loading screen and the time that you have to wait until you get into the game.
The guy on the video has only removed the textures, so loading screen is still there and you have to wait the same amount of time but you just see a black screen instead of it.
