Figured I'd put this here, but if you remember the Cell arc in the original series it showcased various stages of the original Super Saiyan form that I could consider to be similar to my suggestion. To elaborate...
Vegeta/Future Trunks used SSJ Grades 2/3, which is a forced increase in power output of the original form that came with buffed muscles.
Goku/Trunks used Full-Power SSJ, which is mental and physical mastery of the form.
So in a sense the series has already did something similar to my idea. :>

Not really. When Fat Buu split himself, he basically lost half his power (Fission does that). As he continued to do so he lost more and more of his power to the point where he passed away a while later. While we don't know exactly how far Majins went before they became stable, they still don't possess the power the original Buu had, and while Pure Majin brings them closer it doesn't make them equal in power to Kid Buu.
SSJ is really the only transformation that you have to wish for (unless you just use Great Namek for HP ties and such). Great Namek and Pure Majin have skills that they have access to that require using SP.Well perhaps but if i remember correctly Pure Majin and Great Namek have no backlash unlike kaioken.

i think people here dont get the term pvp and pve..
pve:player vs environment - have a lot of AOE dmg so you can farm , do dungeon and tmq fast ,finish quests faster
pvp player vs player - have single target skill and can kill that target fast mostly vs player but works vs single mobs
being either doenst mean you can do the other just means you can do as efficiently thats why .when "Victorjacare" said its only pvp he obviously means there is no reason to build him as a pve since most of the swords man abilities are single target and if you wanna build him as a pve you just hurt yourself cause you will be weaker the other classes who do it much better.
what im trying to say is that you can do pvp and still play pve cause the pvp build is just better , you will do dmg to mobs and kill a boss faster and just have fun. if you really do want to be casual pve player then be it but using a so called "pve" build will just make you weaker.
It would make u weaker in PVP yeah but if you build it right it will be pretty good for PVE.

The problem with SSJ and Martial Artists is that MAs don't have a lot of ki, which makes maintaining SSJ very difficult, but yes the tree would reduce the EP drain of the transformation.
As I said, CD will still be at 1 Hour. If you faint and lose your transformation, you'll have to wait for CD to end. Also the transformations won't completely negate their drawbacks (EP Drain for SSJ and Pure Majin and the time limit for Great Namek), especially those gained from the skill tree. Staying transformed also won't boost your EXP by a lot so you can't just sit and wait for you to level your transformation up...well unless you're willing to do it for several hours. :b
Thats why they have Stun to make up for the lack of ki and their dps is already high.

This is a very thought subject, what a bout this.
Make Kaioken Infinite... what?, yes u read me, infinite number of kaioken, it means that, if u can get gear and a party to hold kaioken x20, super awesome.
But
Kaioken will increases Critical Damage (CrDa) and Critical Hit Rate (CHR) only,all other stats must not change.,
(LP and EP consumption must remain the same)
It will be like this.
Kaioken x1 = 10% CrDa, 2 CHR
Kaioken x2 = 20% CrDa, 3 CHR
Kaioken x3 = 30% CrDa, 5 CHR
Kaioken x4 = 50% CrDa, 8 CHR
Kaioken x5 = 80% CrDa, 13 CHR
Kaioken x6 = 130% CrDa, 21 CHR
Kaioken x7 = 210% CrDa, 34 CHR
Kaioken x8 = 340% CrDa, 55 CHR
Kaioken x9 = 550% CrDa, 89 CHR
Kaioken x10 = 890% CrDa, 144 CHR
.....etc
Kaioken x20 = 10946% CrDa, 1771 CHR
(Fibonacci Numbers)
This way u will need critical hit rate gear to make it work on ur own, and critical power or Con gear for parties.
This also give other races the opportunity to be useful, now Nameks and Bu´s can have an intense amount of power for pve.
They way I understand Kaioken is the technique too increases your damage, not speed, resistance, defense or any other attribute.

Thats basically what it used to do in the original DBO but it was just Crit Rate i believe.
Also if the LP EP drains is the same then kaioken x20 will be god mode because 10946% CrDA is god mode and 1771 CHR is over 100%.
The Kaio Ken amplifies the user's speed, power, mental acuity and physical prowess (Goku himself stated this in the manga). -
Great Namek, ironically, is the best transformation in the game because you're basically a walking fortress. Yeah it lasts 10 minutes, but that can always be buffed.
Kaio-Ken at 3 SP has more attack power than SSJ and Pure Majin. Nuff said.The x50 boost that was originally stated is more or less dead now. As for Pure Majin, you're thinking of the ORIGINAL Kid Buu. Majins who transform into their Pure Majin state are simply unlocking the potential they lost long ago (like Humans with SSJ), but that doesn't put them even close to the power of the original Majin Buu.
Yes but these Buus are basically Fat Buu splitting himself up aka their original form is basically kid buu.
And also you have to spend SP to unlock kaioken while with other transformation its collecting dragon ball which is not hard to do just a little time consuming. -
Kaio-Ken has a 6 minute CD. If you die in SSJ/Pure Majin, you have a backup form.
Yeah but buffing SSJ and Pure Majin is a bad idea because what about namekians their form only last 10 mins and Kaioken come with a bigger cost then SSJ and Pure majin and this is a game you cant have SSJ be x50 and pure majin would destroy everyone if we go by lore.

SSJ and Pure Majin (don't know about Great Namek) also need an attack power boost as Kaio-Ken at 3 SP outclasses those two transformations in terms of raw power.
To make kaioken useless than it already is?

Everything about it sucks!
I note that even in the series Kaioken always more powerful than SSJ. It is my unlimited devastating for the user.
In the old version, you can click the Kaioken to infinity is to die in ten seconds!
I do not see where the problem, you should not touch the base stat Kaioken!

At the time, it was not so easy to assets automatic potion, it was too expensive! So we are less amused with Kaioken necessarily. The automatic Potion distorts the games.
Kaioken's strongest version in the series is x20 (as of now this might change because of super) thats nowhere near as powerful as a SSJ think before u post.

I am unsure if this is suppose to be like this for the time being, or if it is a glitch. The EV LP Recovery Pot effect seems to regenerate itself. I noticed this last night when it seemes like the amount of life healed doesn't to subtract itself from the remaining recovery points, I know I've gone below 30% HP. I watched at one point making my HP go below 30%, and it does indeed take away from the remaining HP recovery points, but it doesn't do the right amount, and still goes back. I have provided below a picture of the buff in question
