Hi @jhonn340 what AMD Driver version was giving you problems and what Driver are you currently using now? I'd like to know because I've been putting together a troubleshoot guide and this may help a few people here.

This could be a compatibility issue then, Windows 10 sometimes has an issue with DBO.
See here for help.

Anti virus software sometimes causes games to freeze, in cases like these, it's recommended that you disable your anti virus software for the duration of play. I also recommend that when your done playing, you turn your anti virus software back on.

This sounds like a anti virus issue, you could try to disable your anti virus program and that may do the trick, just remember to turn it back on when your done playing DBO.

This could be:
1. An anti virus issue, if so, see here: [English] Trouble Shoot Technical Support Guide
2. a compatibility issue, if so see here: [English] Trouble Shoot Technical Support Guide
both are covered in my guide, as well as how to fix these issues. Hope I helped.

Seems like I have a quest bug I found. For Secret Prejudice, it wants me to complete the quest again. I beat this quest, collected the reward, but it now wants me to complete it again. This quest was weird from the start, you see, I died in the middle of the quest when I was almost about to defeat the Hacker. However, after I died, the mobs kept attacking my corpse too, even when I re-spawned, my health was at zero and my body disappeared but I couldn't move or do anything, I had to re-log in to fix this.
EDIT: So get this, I try and Forfeit the quest, (because I don't want to exploit a bug) and IT WONT LET ME FORFEIT.
@Daneos just giving you a heads up, I did try to forfeit and avoid an bug exploit, I will not try and complete the quest again.
EDIT2: Completely had to exit the game, and log back in, quest seems to be gone now.

So I was gathering boxes for a quest, and I was about to get the last item and had activated the timer for the box when, *POOF* I was attacked. After the combat was concluded I went back for the box... only it wasn't there, and I looked at my quest log, and it said I had completed the quest. Not sure if this is a bug, if so, it's minor at best, still I thought I'd mention something about it.

Hi! If your still having issues, would you mind sending us a screenshot?

@DarkSeven I think this is a compatibility issue, if you recently installed Windows 10, this has a tendency to happen.

This could be a Firewall issue: [English] Trouble Shoot Technical Support Guide

Sorry people, I had to log out of DBO for awhile while I deal with some IRL stuff. Long and short, I'm back and I intend on lurking in the Technical Support section and I hope to help as many people with login issues as possible. As I'll be very busy with my IRL job, I won't be playing DBO too much, retail keeps me busy this time of year. I do intend on playing when I get the opportunity, and I hope to see as many of you in game.
If you need help with logging in, I'm building a guide to help people with this issue, as well as smaller crashing and game freeze issues. You can check that out here: [English] Trouble Shoot Technical Support Guide
and as always, I hope I help.
If I get anything wrong with my guide, please, I am open to criticism, let me know how I can improve the guide.

Hi, sorry it took me a bit to respond, just came back to DBO myself, anyway, this sounds like an Anti Virus Issue. Possibly a Firewall issue, I've got a guide on Troubleshooting if you need it: [English] Trouble Shoot Technical Support Guide
Hope I helped.

I'm not 100% on this, but it's possible that this is because you need to update your graphics driver. Let me know if this worked please.
-
Have you tried updating your graphics drivers?
-
Okay, oddly enough, as it's been mentioned in another forum thread, this issue seems to be because of Windows Defender, and you may need to disable it. You may also need to disable your anti virus software too, but I'd try with Windows defender first.
Hope I helped.

Best help I can give is to ask you to ask this in the appropriate thread: Translation Update Thread (English)
You may get your answer then, hope it helps
-
It's possible that this isn't a compatibility issue if you've uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It's possible your Anti Virus software may be getting in the way, if so, see here: [English] Trouble Shoot Firewall Guide
You may also need to add DBO as an exclusion for your Anti Virus software.

[English] Trouble Shoot Firewall Guide
I think this will come in handy then, this looks like a compatibility issue, which is also covered here.
If you upgraded to Windows 10 recently, this has a tendency to happen.

[English] Trouble Shoot Firewall Guide
Hope this helps, even if your Firewall is off, it's possible that it's still blocking you. You will probably need to add an exception to your firewall before the Updater will work.

[English] Trouble Shoot Firewall Guide
Hope this helps, I think it could be that your Anti Virus Software could be blocking the updater.
