Do you have the Tool used for these mods? cause i remember creating sound mods and texture mods such as Ssjg look (Super saiyan with Red hair / Red Eyes / Red aura Changing gokus dogi to white and black changing charge aura and so on

Oh remember doing this ya i made a Ssjg Mod and a Aura Mod one time i even edited the textures myself
it isnt that hard if you have a Mod installer -

No i mean For instance One guy could wish twice and he could get 2 3 skill points and another dude could wish and he could get 2 6 skill points you know what i mean? thats why i think the randomness factor is bad UNLESS what you mean is that for instance if you get 3-5 skill points you can wish AGAIN to the remainder points to get to 6

No, if you screw your build, you shall work very hard to reset it.
Just before dbo was shut down I was level 70 and my build was a total failure as well, because when i just started playing I didn't know how the game works exactly.
I spent all the time trying to earn enough money for reset book and i did it.
If i could do it, everyone can, bottom line.
I know I wasn't the only one btw.
If you however figure out the game early, before level 30 then you deserve to have better build than people who didn't.
If they do this, everyone would just be reseting their skills to adjust it to their needs, which makes it exponentially easier, and it's not fun if it's not a challenge. Imagine some kung fu fighter suddenly becoming a perfect kick boxer by paying a small fee, what the f?
And it's not true that you needed to pay real cash for reset book, people were selling them in AH for about 300 million zeni i think.
You want a reset? Then work for it. 300 million isn't easy to earn at all (at least it wasn't before).
Again, just bring the original dbo back, there was nothing wrong with it, don't fix what isn't broken, focus on fixing the bugs and making the game fully functional again.Your Mad (Yes you are) that in a mmo switching skills does not take months of grinding? Listen just because you grinded your heart DOES NOT MEAN that everyone else has to ok? It was broken BOTTOM LINE because apparently being Screwed for months because you didn't research stuff when joining the game is a Ok thing to you and no one deserves a better build just because Some random guy told them that you gotta get a good build before hitting lvl 30 or your screwed. and with the Kung Fu Fighter Scenario This is Dragon ball z ok? Where just in Saiyan Saga People can blow up planets and Finally There was A LOT wrong with the Original Dbo Unfair classes Fighters Literally Being able to Kill you in half a second with 100% speed.

I dont agree with this personally because people would keep getting the dragon balls so much that they have every skill maxed out and if you can only wish for it once it wouldn't be fair cause of the randomness

My Suggestion Is this Make a Loot Option in a Party / Solo Play Where you only get Loot that is For your Race / Races in the Group
In a TMQ there were so many times where a Namek piece would drop even tho there are only Mains / Humans in the Group Now Im suggesting is in Party Ui ( Where The Options and dungeon settings are there is a Additional Option where the Leader or a party member can Create a VOTE Where all members have to agree on to set the loot to that and ofc there Vote again to switch it back and the Default is All Races Loot when you create a Party
Also make it where if you for instance switch it to Only Races here loot ( Have not not thought of a name) if a member joins the Vote automatically Happens again incase anyone that member Disagrees
And Because Members can Start the Vote Make it where for instance a member can only create the vote every 3 minutes or so

Problem : When you Collect the Quest object you don't get it no matter how many times you do it

This is the Build i Plan to Use Its sort of a Hybrid Build for me does anyone have any suggestions to improve it i wanna keep Kaioken / Thunder/ Big Bang Attack For Aoe / Both Stuns Maxed
