Not "my" work, I'm primarily a tester, who has helped with map and model art direction, and help run the discord. But we (the team) appreciate the support all the same.

Yep, we're still working on it. Things just go slow when you basically only use Goldsrc as your multiplayer back end, building your own custom engine for the most part, and have to build your own assets from scratch.
Along with having only 2 coders that put real time in to it, one modeler, one animator, 2 mappers, one guy who does FX/audio and cams and one guy working on the HUD. All of whom work and some of which have wives and kids. We'll get to a release, just has to be done around our real jobs and families.
Currently planning another trailer right now, he (Dalte) wants to do the Ginyu force, I want to do struggles. So we'll see which one we end up doing.

Not quite sure how to do this in photoshop or I would do it myself. I'm just trying to change the Trunks dogi jacket and CC logo color to match the purple found in the anime. It's currently that light, denim blue and the logo is red and white.
Just trying to get the jacket to match the purple of the anime and change the white on the logo to black, and the red on the logo to white...

Would it be possible to get a color change only for the Kaio-sama dogi? Just to make it anime colors, not changing the symbol? And would it also be possible to get the Future Trunks dogi to be anime color based as well? With the more purple jacket and the blue on the belt being more light, and the CC logo being black and white, not red?

Just need to note that you said the cash shop is legal, sadly it is not. In the world of copyright, any image/product used towards one's own financial gain (even *if* that gain is going strictly to server cost) falls in to the realm of illegal. This is because that money isn't going to those who own the image/product's intellectual property, who are the ones that get to decide what that money goes to.
Yes, other fan servers do this, that doesn't make them legal. In fact, the most popular WoW fan server was shut down last year for legal issues. The law (while agreed, is flawed) is rather black and white on this subject. Went to school for this kind of thing. Totally agree with the rest of the post however, and the general idea behind it. Well said and well done.

They wouldn't have to make it "m", as it was done in the first Budokai in 2001.
However, mid/late in the PS2 era, the laws in Japan for gore in video games changed. Things like excess blood, decapitation and missing body parts, are censored in games there now.
This has been a thing since Resident Evil 4 at least. In most areas, the chainsaw guy takes your head off and you see it. In Japan (where it was made), they zoomed in to the torso and never showed the headless body.

Black Goku is technically a past Goku. Zamasu goes back to Goku and Goten working the field in the BoG arc. And when Zamasu went back he made a 6th timeline in the series. And as we know, different timelines and characters in them have no effect on other timeline versions of themselves.
So technically using your theory, Black Goku getting stronger would make present (main timeline) Goku stronger.

Right, but them not being super useful in PvP was by design. You yourself said the GN transformation could literally turn a round in your favor in PvP, and you aren't wrong. They were clearly all designed with PvE in mind. Personally, I think they should stay that way, as it helps to remove the "I'm not as good as x player, so I'm going to use a power boos they (potentially) don't have to win", and puts a focus on a players stats and ability, rather than a one off skill.

1- Dodge rates and Damage rates are a little altered (dodge should be going a bit higher, and damage should be a tad bit lower to match the original game if I remember this correctly)
2- Fighters and SM nerf are getting a bit out of hands
3- Look at other attacks before you look at something as basic as Double Strike
4- Why Double Strike? It is like saying that the basic melee attacks should do less damage honestlyHope these are a couple of reasons to rethink what you posted through

How about first we worry about getting all the content from retail DBO up and working, get the server in to "open beta" and then start worrying about what can be added?
I understand this is a suggestion page, but how about we keep the suggestions inside the realm of altering what was in retail DBO, until we get all that content up and running and out the door, before we totally break and imbalance the builds by giving them way more SP than they currently need?

Can confirm all quests working as intended. Recommended action: tossing out and burning PC with homemade makeshift flamethrower, buying toaster as replacement and trying again.
Jokes. Yes, plenty of quests are broken currently. Best to just forfeit the damn thing and keep an eye out when updates are posted specifically about quests, then go back and try again.

I hadn't thought about that in forever. Used to be how you got reward tokens for the "event" guy in the hub cities, and would be how you purchased titles and flight scrolls and armors and so on.
Those were good times, I mean, they weren't difficult because there was always a grip of players there, even if they were all human you could still wipe him, but they were fun times for sure.
