I am almost level 30 but I am not sure if I can still reset my skills from a Master when I level to 30.
As long as you're still level 30 i think you should be able to.

I try to get back into it but the whole social aspect is not there. I feel everyone wh0 does communicate is spanish or brazilian and there are no english speakers. If there are any english speakers please let me know your in game name, how active you are, and if your willing to tag along and rule this server.

i hate to say this but maybe i cant play this game anymore im done with it with these annoying disconnections its horribleeeeee sorry but thats the problem
Just give it some time. It's still pre-open beta. there's going to be problems like this right now and maybe some in open beta as well. just have faith and stay patient.
