You reseted the account password and the new one isn't working for character deletion?

Hola, estoy teniendo problemas para deletear uno de mis personajes. No tengo una "contraseña para el borrado del personaje" entonces uso la que tengo para loggear.

This is indeed out of date.
Default character deletion password can be:
123456789
0123456789
1234567890If none if this work you can pick another one by changing your account password: the new password will work for both (account access and character deletion).
The 12 hours are in case the deletion is accidental or for people that have 2nd thoughts about their decision. Better be safe than sorry.
I try all this, but it does not work. What can i do?
