now i take goku to chi chi but nth to do after that

so i was doing lvl14 dash tlq and after goku followed me i went to chi chi but couldn't talk to any npc
so i left the rift and entered again and didn't find chi chi and goku
can't forfeit the quest that is inside the rift
and tried to forfeit the dash quest and took it again but didn't help either
