This happens if you move too quickly. Try to move as slowly as possible at the beginning.

• If your TLQ freezes, try relogging to another channel and try again. Logging in to the same channel might reproduce the problem.

All character data will be wiped and all Cash points you bought will be refunded. After Open beta is released there will be no more wipes.

Have you completed master class quest ? because currently only base class can reset their skill. You cannot reset skill if you have changed to master class even if you are level 30.

Upgrade Coupons are disabled. Relog solves the problem.

this is true big problem for healers. For me it mostly happens when EP buff is about to expire and I use a skill at same time that cost EP.
Also Kami's Splendor don't reflect damage.
