I'm going to write here related to the title.

[ I am no longer a staff member, so for who needs extra helps, have some mercy and write a ticket or do a bit of research for any issue you have! ]
But that thing you know already.

General
I am going off from staff team for many reasons I can't explain, but however it was a nice experience and I thank you alot, players/helpers/testers/mods/gms that you've been collaborated to improve things around and keep things going in a good way or eventually to help to be fixed, and I'm talking to many reports people have done over DMs/Over Tickets or publicly.
I'm sorry, I could have done better(alot limited) but sometimes I felt it's not enough to satisfy your needs - So I apologized if I couldn't and I skipped.

Staff
Most of you are nice people, it was a pleasure to work with all of you since 2021! But with some of them I couldn't interact nor have some sort of friendship ( Could be language barrier, could be anything) but I disagreed when it was a matter of being respectful of eachother(but for me it's already past, so I'm not gonna put a pout about)

Verdant

You've been always a friend, but please take more chill things and make sure every staff helps you out to help! People are the power for sure.
I'm sorry related to this just I reached my limit and I could say many things that could hurt many people, so I had to take a different road, different decision.
P.S: I hope the patch comes all out good and the player that needs the surgery it will be helped

Hello Batvizz, thank you for suggestion!

I can only agree with that, would be a good idea to be fixed(in terms of bugs we got reported) and also related to gameplay & rewards.
Probably the devs have it on the do list, but I can't tell when or how. (Actually there are some priorities to don't be ignored and Verdant is working on and along with team).

However, I invite you and others players , if possible, to make a list of what could be some ideas of rewards or game structure!

Common Issues
• DBOG folder not excluded from antivirus/firewall

• DBOG folder is running on a cheap external/USB drive

• DBOG folder is in a folder that syncs to Onedrive/some other automated sync process

• DBOG folder is in the C:\ drive in program files

• Cracked versions of Windows

• Missing .net framework 3.5, or DX9, or Visual C++ Redistributable 2010/2013

• Very little free space on the hard drive holding the DBOG folder

• Spaces or the letters "rpe" in the DBOG folder name (every file in the DBOG folder path should have no spaces in it)

If you have any of these errors, please check into this. The DBOG folder should be on your desktop, excluded from your antivirus and firewall. The Ignore Patch setting in the launcher should be unchecked, unless you are an experienced modder. You should be running the launcher as admin every time you launch the game. You need those frameworks as well, and at least 20% of the space free on the hard drive holding the DBOG folder.

Sure, you might have different in-game plans, ideas, and executions, but we are talking about how we can help Verdant achieve this. And going by his post, it's not with the community sending him thousands of DM's every day. That's certainly not the plan according to his post, reading in between the lines here.

Sure, people will always spam channels and ask for help. That's not the problem here. The problem is people directly asking Verdant where it's spoiling the direct line of communication, disrupting his time, and not funneling issues into tickets where things need to be kept. People change discord names, there's a whole heap of reasons as mentioned in his thread.

I'm aware you are already doing bug tracking and helping with tickets but I'm curious into how those bugs are being dealt with. What is your process after they are reported? Where are they kept afterwards so that they can be a list?

For example here is a ticket I submitted of a bug:

'Yeah it will probably be reworked later so that issue won't interfere with other players'. You provided an answer to my question, but what did you do after this bug report? Was it logged on trello or zoho bug tracker? At least pinned on discord?

I'm confused, I never said there needs to be more testers in this thread? I assume and am sure the ones you guys have are already doing their job, but regardless I'm looking forward to that day.

Indeed the ticket response time is high because there is a lot in pending status or some on-going, but if people are doubling up on discord and spending time dming you then there is less chance those tickets will be answered due to dealing with discord messages from my understanding.

Thank you Tempest for your opinions, evaluations and of course making sure that the doubts disappear. Obviously not all members have the initiative to ask questions, so I hope some doubts have been resolved somehow based on our answers.

Several replies have been given over time, obviously also on discord (which over time went into history) but we have always been positive and happy to get feedbacks from players.

However, if you have further doubts, feel free to ask here or around. It's good to see the forum is going to be active again

The DBOGR operates differently as in the past. We have different plans,different ways to deal with things (depends of priorities) and criteria to help people around.
Many things are planned and slowly we are adding into the game and staff.


Answering to your suggestions:

- Related to Staff Members: Can be useful, and not. In the end they will always spam around channels and demand for quick solution(and its fine, we have a great and helpful community that helps eachother) also, they can use also the Search button above, because with a bit of search they will have also some answered problems that have been solved already. In this way they won't wait for a reply.
- On ticket system GM/Mods and Devs are already assigned and they deals already
- We are already doing bug tracking and also thanks to the players.
- As Verdant said, probably hence 2.0 is out there will be a public test server. For now we have enough qualified testers for it.
- Related of average response time for tickets is also because many pages, and many of them doesn't get solved just by a reply, but long investigations so it calculates based on quantity.

Yes any mob. Basic by killing one mob you get x1 Token Point, when event it's on, you get x2!
No, event coin you get by participating in ''Mob Events'' like Bees, Fairy Event,Xmas event or Bunny Event

About that week have x2 events Tokens + Fairy because Chinese New Year so Verdant made sure to run an extra event for them. So thats the reason we have double events right now!

Usually the NPC stays for extra days close to Event Manager <Kaeran> in front of AH at Korin Village, after will be turned off.

Week 1. Vote: The players based on the poll will choose which event they want for the week
Week 2: Ranked: Queueing in CC Ranked Battle gives you double mudosa
Week 3: Tokens: you get double token currency by killing mobs

Week 4: DB: The drop rate is x2.
Week 5: Wagu: The drop rate is x2, also from Wagu Shop or Cash Shop
Week 6: Upgrade Kits drop rate is x2
Week 7: Bees : Killing mobs spawns bees that gives you ''Honey'' that you exchange for rewards on Korin
Week 8: Crafting : the amount of dismantled is double
Week 9: Fairy: Killing mobs spawns a Fairy that drops currency to exchange

Maybe you had to be more wise and check for different solutions and ask accurated, instead to come as a mad commenter in every thread around.
Send a ticket, with dbolog.txt and wait. Meanwhile try the solution offered we have.

• Tutte le missioni nella mappa di Papaya sono state corrette. Alcune sono state tradotte, ma non tutte.
• I wandering Ultras in Papaya sono stati aggiunti, ma al momento non vagheranno ancora per l'isola. Questo arriverà in una patch futura.
• La difficoltà del Kraken è stata aumentata e la seconda e la terza stanza del Kraken sono state abilitate. Al momento non ci sono ricompense extra per il completamento di queste stanze, ma quelle ricompense arriveranno con il resto delle rielaborazioni del dungeon.
• La difficoltà di Cell-X è stata aumentata.
• La difficoltà di Bacterian è stata aumentata.
• The wandering Ultras e i BID bosses ora droppano leggendarie ricette di Gemstone e kit di aggiornamento u70.

Cash Shop Updates

Come puoi vedere, abbiamo lavorato duramente per importare i dogi del DBOUR! Tieni presente che molti di questi abiti sono bloccati in base alla razza o al genere, quindi fai attenzione a controllare quando li acquisti, per assicurarti che funzionino per la classe e il sesso del tuo personaggio. Gli abiti natalizi sono stati aggiunti anche all'NPC Tinder nel villaggio di Korin per l'evento di Natale!

CCBD Reward Upgrades

Invece della vecchia capsula per sconfiggere ogni mappa, i giocatori ora riceveranno una capsula contenente un nuovo pezzo di armatura leggendaria. Ecco i set di armature:

• CC Alpha Zero Speed - 25% Movespeed, 25% Attackspeed
• CC Alpha Zero Power - 15% Physical Crit Damage, 15% Physical Attack Damage
• CC Beta Zero Meteoric - 15% Energy Crit Damage, 15% Energy Attack Damage
• CC Gamma Zero Juggernaut - 15% Physical Defense, 15% Energy Defense
• CC Delta Zero Tactical - 8% Physical Crit Rate, 15% Hit Rate
• CC Beta Zero Precision - 8% Energy Crit Rate, 15% Energy Attack Damage

Item Duplication Update

Come probabilmente saprete, alcuni mesi fa è stato scoperto un bug di duplicazione degli oggetti e molti oggetti che vanno dai upgrade kit u70 agli oggetti Fondatore/Anniversario sono stati duplicati. Da allora abbiamo corretto il bug di duplicazione e bannato gli aggressori, ma alcuni degli oggetti che hanno diffuso tra la base dei giocatori rimangono. Dato che c'erano solo kit upgrade u70 nel gioco a causa di una precedente svista che ha abilitato prematuramente le ricette, tutti questi kit u70 dovrebbero essere rimossi dal gioco. Tuttavia, poiché è Natale e poiché non vogliamo punire i giocatori che hanno legittimamente acquistato questi u70, senza sapere che erano duplicati, li declasseremo a u56 invece di rimuoverli completamente. Per quanto riguarda i gear che sono già stati aggiornati, li ripristineremo a +0. Stiamo ancora discutendo internamente su cosa fare con gli oggetti duplicati dell'Anniversario e del Fondatore, e vi terremo informati su questa discussione. Non ci saranno modifiche a quelle in questa patch.

• Tutte le missioni in Papaya sono state corrette.
• I mancanti wandering Ultras sono stati aggiunti in Papaya.
• Risolto un exploit che permetteva di eseguire il Kraken senza aggredire i mob vicini.
• Risolto un exploit che permetteva di eseguire Bacterian senza aggredire i mob vicini.
• Risolto un exploit che permetteva di eseguire Cell-X senza aggredire i mob vicini.

Finalmente ce l'abbiamo fatta! Il livello Cap 70 è qui e la fusione è in corso! Questa è stata una patch molto difficile, grande, e ci è voluto molto tempo. Mi dispiace per l'attesa, ma è stato un anno intero di sviluppo di DBO e sono successe molte cose, buone e cattive. Ci auguriamo che vi piaccia e che ci siano molte altre cose buone in arrivo. Ora che il Cap 70 è qui e c'è un sacco di contenuti da godere, andremo avanti con lo sviluppo quasi a tempo pieno del nuovo client. Con l'esperienza del team DBOUR, speriamo di riuscire a far funzionare tutte le cose rapidamente! Ci saranno alcune piccole patch qua e là per cose come dogi, correzioni di bug, eventi, traduzioni, ecc., quindi rimanete sintonizzati! Come sempre grazie mille per il vostro supporto, donazioni, meme, risate e compagnia. DBOG non sarebbe niente senza i suoi grandi giocatori. Buon Natale, e Buone Feste!
