All of gears will be with BIND.
When you equip them, it will have BIND ACTIVE and even if you wear them or place them in inventory, it will still have bind ACTIVE.
Like newbie accessory you get from blue gift box, that 100 res neck or quest gear with bind.
He wants the seal coin to be tradeable so that new players who drop them can sell it.

The change is good but it should have been like this from the start. Now u have everyone having +15 sets.

If you want to do more damage use Soul jacket and pants along with energy crit % dmg gloves. Focus increases the rate at which you crit not your crit damage.

Greedy, hu?Get your Twinks up, kill the Boss again. That's what Dungeons are ther for: to get the best equipment from hard Bosses and as a reward you will get a unique binded item. That's how mmorpg's work.
The items are supposed to only bind once you equip it otherwise it should not be binded.

Gotta love the new drop rate but its like only greens and blues drop ;-; didnt get a red or purple yet :v
TMQs drop red and purple stones, UDs drop the armor stones.
