If daneos make critical hit rate = 1% some classes will be OP, if he dont other classes will be useless. So i believe he must leave the game how it was, its unnecessary to change stats. It can destroy the PvP and the PvE in the game.

I changed DEX because its stupid that a DODGE attribute gives attack bonus and crit dmg bonus.
It makes so much sense like giving 10 phys attack for 1 ENG
This will make the game unfair, classes that have STR or SOUL passives will get a huge crit boost making them over power and others that dont have will become weak.Without the scouter anti crit chips and giving this critical boost to some classes the game will be based in one hit kill skills and some classes will become useless.

The problem about doing this is that it will be a lot more expensive. Buying 10USD mint cards in third part website costs 14-16USD, around 50% more expensive.
Yeah, I'm getting a different error than I thought. It just declines my card and refunds it. I can understand why they don't do Paypal though, it's easy for people to charge back which causes the server to lose money.
I tried 3 different cards... they decline all and refund it everytime. If they dont add more payment methods i just wont buy cash anymore...

I get the same, i make the payment it says completed at my credit card and then they block and refund me.... everytime i try to buy it happens. This pipiload is ****. We need more payment methods or many people wont be able to buy cash.

Status effects (PVM): The RP effect "knockback"and the "paralize" skills do not work in pvm. (added this to the list for pvm, since i'm pretty sure in pvp it does work).
He is not talking about the RP effect, but the skill effect. This skill is not working in PvP, ive already tested it.

Como tu pode ver nesse vídeo o cara só buffa crítico e as lutas não duram tempo suficiente para usar nada além disso:
Depende de contra qual classe você esta lutando, e em budokai 5x5 costumam usar o CD. Sem falar q PvP n eh somente budokai, se você for 1x1 na cidade por exemplo ou arena ou scramble etc terá tempo para se buffar. Talvez para Budokai solo tua build tenha o ''essencial'', mas se você somente quer ir solo da pra fazer uma build bem melhor que essa se tirar os ataques mágicos etc.
Nunca vi ninguém buffar o CD no Budokai, amigo... Você não tem tempo pra isso...

Eu li e mesmo assim ta errado, ta faltando ponto no CD. Tem que tirar os ataques mágicos e por no CD senão vai atrapalhar o PvP. A build se deixar assim como ta eh ''hibrida'' digamos que PvP/PvE ao mesmo tempo.
Claro que basta, se o fighter for bom. A cachaça só apareceu no meio da cap 60, mas antes disso e nas outras caps anteriores os fighters já focavam em dex.

Essa build esta errada se for para PvP, e agora como nao tem cachaça nao basta somente ter DEX
