    Hey everyone,

I would just like to inform everyone who isn't aware of the situation but the game is currently down. Do not be alarmed, if you currently can't get back into the game that is due to all the channels being crashed, and chances are the server will not be back up until later today/tomorrow as Daneos has stated he is currently away. Do not fret when you log in and see that all the channels are offline. Please wait patiently until this issue is fixed.

    Thank you.

Update: The server is now back online.

Well for starters what level are you? I would just level up my build and put points into any attack that helps you level and quest since you can reset your build every week. Although I would recommend maxing slow and sleep abilities to help quest.

I personally prefer for the skill to be available at level 40, as this encourages people to level up and play the game. Some people like this would just collect all 7 dragonballs, get ssj and then quit. That doesn't really provide any incentive if you ask me.

Also I'm not sure if SSJ potions will come to dbo g, but in dragonball online taiwan there was an item that people could use on their character that would make the transformation last only 30 minutes. It's possible this will be added to dbo g in the future.

I still need to test when I reach level 70 with my dex gear, but I suspect dodge rate and resistance rate still is no where near how it use to be in Taiwan. I still have old footage of my fighter saved which I need to upload to youtube to demonstrate this, I also have footage of my brothers fighter that I need to upload too. We both had full dex fighters on dbo taiwan (dex build, dex on chest, boots, earrings and also resistance neckalce) and we use to dodge a lot more. We also had the legendary level 70 earrings with 34 dex on them from scramble and krakken dungeon.

Dodge rate was that good in taiwan that SK's would have a lot of trouble hitting fighters with bold strike even with focus gear on they would have difficulty. Now they hit it easy in this version without focus gear.

I'm a bit busy at the moment but when I have the time I will upload footage of my old character and demonstrate how much fighters use to dodge.

Also something to note: It should be near impossible for any other class to dodge hits unless they are extremely lucky. Fighters and swordsmen have the highest dodge rate in the game and they should be able to dodge the most, not other classes.

Here is a video of my old fighter in tw, the footage is a bit sped up but I use to dodge a lot. I will make a new post in this thread when I upload a new video demonstrating my dodge rate.

the reason I wanna do it with a human class is to see if I can do the same as a making, all my main skills(attacks) cd in under 5 seconds, for example I can spam kidney shot and high speed needle a lot(the 1st needle art)again for example I can stun u and if it lands for those 10 seconds or less I can most likely hit u with 3 needle attacks and I'm a full crit at the moment, but since I'm a hybrid build fighter I usually only need 3-5 skills for pvp and I also have my solar flare and bba for my pve farming, mind u I really don't need ff at full power, I only use it for the kd,so this is how I want my build to be.

Tell me what u think and I hope u see what and where I'm trying to get at with the build I posted, that will be my final build.

Well the good thing with pre open beta is you can reset your build now every week, so its good how you are experimenting with builds now because for open beta you won't have this opportunity.

I personally think with that build there is no point in having both solar flare and intimidation, I would use one or the other. Intimidation is good because it has a longer duration but solar flare has a better effect. I would put some points into super high speed needle because that is one of fighters best source of dps. Again its up to you what you want to run, just test in game and see for yourself what works best. No one on here can really tell you how you should run your build we can only offer advise.

I believe this is a problem with people who have high ping. Reason for that is, when I use a program such as WTfast which helps lower my ping to the server, I am able to use instant transmission. When I'm not using WTfast, I cannot use instant transmission or home teleport at all.

It's certainly a bug. I also know this because for some of my friends the skill works perfectly for them - all my friends who live in America have no problems with using Instant transmission or home teleport. But all of my friends who live in Australia do have problems with it.

What are the wishes of scramble db?

Pretty much the same as the normal dragonball wishes except higher level and better items (accessories and weapons).

Although the scramble weapons do not have the best stats for them, people would wish for them because the weapons have a unique design.

With the scramble accessories it is the same as legendary accessories that would drop in cell x and krakken dungeons, just an alternative method in obtaining them. (They are the best accessories in the game, and cannot be traded). Back in Taiwan my guild use to wish for accessories because it would save us time from spending hours in the high level dungeons farming for the equipment, and also scramble was a really fun event to do.

What stats do the lvl 60 earrings have ?

I can't remember the original stats they come with (I don't think its anything that useful), but most people use brown boxes on them to randomly generate good stats on them. This is because the stats on these earrings can have the highest value as it is legendary, so people box them so they can obtain the highest value possible.

When attack speed is working correctly, a karma attack speed build is the best for pve, although they do have really good energy crit so I think energy critical damage is also good for them.

I'm just curious guys so Ima say in advance don't criticize my experimental build. With that said what do you guys think of this build based 90% of the MA(martial artists) and 10% on the master class(passive skills only from master class). Would you all think it can be competitive if geared properly? Leave y'all positive comments below.

If I posted in the wrong place I'm sorry, I'm still new on forums.

If you are planning on stun locking your opponent, with CD gear, then why would you make a fighter for that? Karmas can do that way more efficiently over a fighter.

Paper Rock scissors is a horrible skill, and is not worth the amount of points (SP) to put into it. If you don't want to do a crit build with needles then your next best option is to be an attack speed based fighter, as that would be your main source of DPS.

I see how you are trying to be inventive and creative which is good, however many fighters like you before have tried in DBO Taiwan, Hong Kong and Korea. Many of us have experimented with builds and I can say this now, if you try competing in budoakai with that build (when budokai is released) I believe the outcome will result in a loss. When it comes to builds, sometimes on paper they sound good, but when it comes to practically using them in game it's completely different to how you thought it would be.

When all stats are working correctly, and you are level 70 feel free to dual me in game to test out your theory. I would be more then happy to show you what I mean.

So I have a question related to this...
What about people who buy CP with zeni (and I'm not sure if this is allowed at all)?
These people won't have their CP returned to them when it's open beta right?

The people who sold the cash points will get the cash points back. The people who bought the cash points with zenni will not get anything back.

    So as for an example:

    Pre Open beta:

    • Tempest buys 500 cash points in pre open beta
    • My friend MajinVegeta wants to trade me 500 million zenni for the 500 cash points I buy
    • I agree to the trade

    Open Beta:

    • Since Tempest is the person who originally bought the 500 cash points, he will get the 500 cash points refunded to his account and will be able to use them how ever he chooses to in open beta
    • Majin Vegeta will not be refunded anything. He will not be refunded the zenni or the cash points he bought off Tempest in pre open beta.

I also heard a rumor that all dogis we own will be transferred to us from pre-open beta to open beta. Is this true?
I really want to know about this because I didn't spend any cash buying dogis but I have saved up enough zeni to buy a few dogis...
If I can't transfer them when it's open beta, I will start from 0...
Players like me might have to start from 0 as well...which seems quite unfair...

This rumor currently is false and is incorrect, unless daneos changes his mind. But at the moment once the server gets wiped, that means all in game items, zenni, characters, weapons, amour and other content players own will be DELETED. The only thing that will be refunded is cash points and that will be refunded to the original players who bought the cash points (see example above).

The only way for a dogi to be refunded from pre open beta to open beta is if you bought cash points, and then used them to buy a dogi. For example:

    Pre open beta:

    • Tempest buys 500 cash points
    • He then uses those 500 cash points to buy goku and trunks dogi off the cash shop

    - Server gets wiped, Tempest loses all of his dogis, characters, items etc

    Open Beta:

    • Tempest gets refunded the 500 cash points he bought in pre open beta
    • He then spends those 500 cash points to buy a goku and trunks dogi

So in that sense your dogis will be refunded if you choose to purchase them again.

I hope this clears up any confusion you may have had.

Maybe try reinstalling. If the game is closing each time you start it, it's possible your computer might have a memory issue, or it might have to do with your computer. Does it have the appropriate requirements in order to run Dragon ball online?

do last hit problem fixed xD

That is only a temporary solution, and shouldn't be the case. I leveled up a poko preist in DBO Taiwan and their main source of exp was given to them from EXP their pet would kill. Especially since a lot of quests are bugged on papaya map right now - it would make grinding for them more difficult and hard to reach level 70.

Hopefully this will get fixed in the near future.
