You had lvl 50 sword now lvl 60 or 70 if you level up soo ofc dmg is better.

this game is all a bbout fails, nothing else. they think they made higher succes rate. bullshit they might increased succes rate but increased broken rate asf. so pre open beta does this: testing how low ur attack can be 2nd how many ppl will quit during pre open beta

this upgrading system is so broke now. same chance to get fail broken etc. and advanced stones now gives +1 +2 ridiculous. im taking break of this shit pre open beta. i hope things will change next summer( upgrading system)
If what you said is true, I would call it a bug. For your question, +8 and +11 make a huge difference in dmg. I was wondering if the mobs' property was also controlled. Did you test it while killing the same monsters or different ones?
well tmq mobs get gets way more dmg then normal mobs
i just upgraded my sword from +8 to +11 and i dont see any dmg difference. so the question is do upgraded sub weapon deals more damage. i tested even this. my sub had 0 durability so it means dmg should decrease alot right? so when i tried sub weapon based skill it did same dmg like it wasnt broken.
this game is so fvcking done. im waiting for open beta. their adding defense and defense so many other things to update but they still updating this stupid defense higher and higher. i did 1.5k dmg each slash and now im doing 900 dmage each slash critical to same person

I might be mistaken here since it's been a while since retail, but it seems like the "All attack/defense properties" stat is broken.
It doesn't boost any defense or attack against the "none" property. This means if someone who's gone full-props on someone who has no attribute at all on their armor(or a swordsman uses glaring slash), it's all for nothing. It wasn't like that in retail, was it?

i managed to do +6 with 30 green stones
I didn't add kaioken since it's PVP and you won't be using kaio so often in budokai/ranked, but i dont know about speed parties, i think it changes a lot since you'll need kaio, maybe some supportive buffs and aoe skills, btw, casting skills do such a great damage but you can just die while casting, so its better for Plasmas
im here again. grinding SM doesnt need stuns and instead of energy barrages u should of max final effort

The problem is finding a medium between stone drops, upgrades and prices.
Currently i like he formula. but since its pre open beta all this can change. especially prices when open beta starts
