For fast farming like lvl 65 when you got no quests i would recomend Sk, Dw, Turtle, Karma with good build, and chef

reflect does work cause once i used 150% reflect and a turtle did kamehameha and R.I.P turtle i was lvl 29 the turtle was lvl 70 R.I.P

the nerf on ts or dots defense. beause dot defense existed before.
cranes are good for speed parties for there debuffs load up on dodon ray barrage, lp reduction and def reduction.
I also personally use reduce physical attack and reduce energy attack by 20% debuffs which really helps the tank last a tad longer.
depending on boss and strength of party a crane might be needed to stop boss in its tracks with crane freeze.
but I'm most regards, cranes are less wanted then the main speedsters(poko, karma) and tanks. anyone that uses dots for a main source of attack damage for crane in pve dungueons or ccbd will most likely get kicked from party after 1 run since dots are very weak and inefficient for most parties.

Edit: oh yeah for builds just google them.btw they really want ulti majin and mainly crane they only want speed crane they nerfed crane skills now cranes are weak so they really on attack speed some use skills but mainly use speed.

ahaha that's alot to ask with such low information but hey let me help you:) if u want pve and pvp and ur aiming for party budokai i would recommend or turtle or Poko alotugh the poko is way more usefull in a dungeon/budokai party
no turtle is more for ranked if your doing like the plat then turtles are useless there cast time is too long you could do the dash stun and most turtles for CC are speed and Crit(mainly speed) for tmqs and uds then they are beast and for bodakai turtles are op with party but by themself they would probly lose and in ranked if it is a human fighter/sm they can slow but if resit its a lose.

Bugging or not, leveling a character to 70 dont take hours, it take weeks or even MONTHS.
Those items will just give some bonus, it will not make the difference between players at higher levels, i just proposed LEVEL 30 rewards and some boosters to level up, something fair considering how much takes to level up a character to 70.
And wagu coins have a certain rate, some players will get something good, others will get nothing, it is based in pure luck.
Took me more than a year to get level 70 and im not even lvl 70
so i agree with you -
Like bacterian and kraken you get very good gear for lvl 70. It should have really good accessories and good gear it could help alot, but you need party only lvl 29s can enter.

Oh yea? They are NEEDED for ud3 ful spam becasue someone of the robots have high defence and you can barely do damge to them a fighger crit vl 70 cold do 400 damge while if you have crane lvl 55 with there dps they do like 5k damage
