When emoting, your character can rotate if they use the right-click button and move the camera. This doesn't happen on the old client.

Hi,
what's wrong there?
My mistake; assumed this was a visual bug, however it exists on the old client as well.
When flight is interrupted with a movement key - as aforementioned in the other post, the camera floats down to the player on the ground.
---
Here is a gif example:
Pressing another movement key such as 'A' or 'S' stops flight and the character will teleport to the ground.
---
Here is a gif example:
When you double-tap the space-bar, you should hover in the air. Instead, the character will fly/float upward eternally without you having to press anything.
---
Here is a gif example:
When you try to fly, you just fly upward forever as seen here:
The AP circle should be blue when AP is filled, however it is grey.
---
Here is a screenshot example:
If you double tap the space-bar it gives an error message; even if you don't have flight unlocked. This doesn't happen on live servers.
---
Here is a screenshot:
You can see here I don't have Flight - evident by no AP - but I still get an error message if I double tap space:
When you enter a TMQ such as TMQ 2, the camera is positioned in the wrong place.
Furthermore, the same thing happens when you use a checkpoint and it teleports you within the TMQ.
----
Here is an example:
The camera is positioned at my side, instead of facing forward:
Yardrat Memory does not prohibit saving locations inside of a TMQ on the new client, yet it does on the old client. It is also worth noting that if a player attempts to teleport to this saved TMQ location, their character will simply bug out and go invisible/unable to move, so they will have to relog to fix it - where they will respawn at their Popo Stone.
----
Here is a comparison:
It says 'can't teleport' when a player tries to save a location; so stops them from doing so.
Within the New client, there is no error message and the player can save the location - despite it bugging them out if they try to teleport to it.
TMQ 1 (Easy):
- Movie of entering timerift via spaceship does not play (Player disappears, can move camera around freely).
- 'Age 761' cut-scene does not display the text bubble for the year.
- Raditz' spacepod landing cut-scene works.
- Any movies containing manga panels do not work as intended (the manga panels don't appear).
- The final cutscene where Raditz senses Goku then leaves works as intended.
----
TMQ 2 (Normal):
- Movie of entering timerift via spaceship does not play (Player disappears, can move camera around freely).
- 'Age 761' cut-scene does not display the text bubble for the year.
- 'Near Kame House' text bubble doesn't appear.
- Raditz vs Goku cut scene works.
- Kid Gohan attacking Raditz cut-scene does not work (Manga panels do not appear).
- Piccolo killing Goku/Raditz movie works.
This is at least true for the Lvl 60 'Jungle Wolf' at Papaya Island.
The bleed visual is different on the New/Old client. It is a red mist on the old client, whereas on the New client the player model simply flashes yellow. This yellow flashing does not disappear unless the player relogs either.
----
Here is a comparison.
If you right-click in bursts to move the camera during the power up animation/skill, your character will also rotate to face the camera even whilst performing the skill. On the old client, the character model does not move.
---
Here is a comparison:
The speed of the dash skill is much slower on the new client than it is on the old client.
----
Here are gif comparisons:
When a player dashes in any given direction, there is an aura that envelops their character.
On the old client, the aura is stream-line and fits around the characters model in a sort of 'arrow' shape - whereas on the new client, this aura is larger and makes the dash much blurrier.
Here are comparisons:
-----
On the old client, the dash aura is much clearer and thinner:
Here, you can see the dash aura that envelops the player model is larger and blurrier:

On the new client, there is input delay/lag between skills.
What I mean by this, is instead of casting the next skill/animation right after the current one ends, there is a gap or lag in between the skills. This doesn't happen on live servers, and sometimes the character will even begin to auto-attack the other player/mob due to this input lag instead of casting the next skill right away.
---
Here are gif comparisons /w explanations:
On live servers skills happen consecutively; one after the other as they are supposed to. If you press the buttons in succession, there will be no delay or gap between them.
In this gif, you can see my character does the auto attack instead of casting the next skill right away. You can even get hit by the mob/player during this gap, and it will play the animation instead of casting your skill right away. This doesn't happen in live servers.
I don't think it will provide any passive skills. It seems that it will only provide a 30+ item. Players still need to redo all the TLQs. And sadly, no flight skill is available yet... Please correct me if I am wrong.
Display MoreLol. Go and play games like Lineage 2 or Tera to see a big diference between PvP MMORPG and PVE. DBO is PVE. Square area for trolls is not PVP.
Game based on Dragonball, franchise where heroes were looking forward to overcome strong enemies reduced to bs platform and friendly duels.
1. Guilds are useless in DBO. No point unless you are a tryhard. Which most people aren't.
What content do guilds have? Dojo battle? Wow. TMQ UD? Random party is more than enough for those.
Open PvP would make guilds matter.
2.End game content is boring. You want to go to Budokai, Plat or Arena and you still getting rekt by the same guys with high gear.
And many people easily getting bored grinding before even reaching that level and quit.
3. Grinding is boring. PvP makes MMORPG thrilling and exciting. Never ending competition. Do not like getting killed? Switch channel. Simple.
Even if only few people would choose PvP channel I see no reason why there shouldn't be one. Simply open such channel for at least a week and see what happens.
Believe me freedom to fight and test your skills is what makes MMORPG fun. Not grinding. It would make this game feel more Dragonball. Go become villain and spread chaos. Don't like it? Become a hero and protect weak ones.
Endless possibilities.
The game isn't dead because of the lack of open PVP.
The game is dead for many other reasons, which you should be able to infer by playing/looking around.
It shows the South's reddish skybox instead of the North's yellow.
----
(Also the map is a lot more foggy than it should be)
Maybe this is only because there is one channel - if that is the case, I will delete the thread - but the channel number is displayed incorrectly.
What I mean by this, is that in the character selection menu it is 'Channel 1' but in-game it is 'Channel 0'.
