Most people dont remmeber this but:

At the very begining of DBO, the capped was 150%, the problem whit that is that it causes to lag de server at that time

I remmeber being on tatami when the capped was like that and some fighters can use thunder and make everyone lag and suddelny everybody appear dead on the plat.

Then they reduced to 120%

util they finnaly capped to 105%
DBO tawian server closed whit speed cap of 105%

All the videos and info about dbo speed being 150% capped is outdated.
and the server didnt close whit that speed cap.

The point of having an OPEN test server is that you guys test everything in every level in every class in every map: EVERY SCENARIO. Dev server and bug trackers don't have the time to test all, so they test on specific contexts and try to reproduce anything odd reported by OPEN TESTERS. You test all by playing and if anything odd is spotted, a report could add up with others and help us understand the bigger picture. That is the objective of POB, not fight full +15 guys. If you want to do that, it is ok too (I have to say I do).

Actually i think that it is impossible to upgrade an item lv70 to +15 because the rates after +12 are low
and if u think about it, the item always gonna breaks when you reach +13 +14 because the white stones just protect the item of "fail" bur when it "brokes" the item downgrade -2 or -6 thats what the white stone says.

Try to upgrade an item by this metod is impossible and it is very expensive (time and real money)

Buy an item +15 costs: 250 brown boxes

if you buy the 250 brown boxes you will waste 250 dollars for each item +15

However in a long run and even theoretically, one should be able to buy the stones by the zenni they have earned from farming. For now, to buy just ONE lvl 70 purple stone, one will have to farm for like three months (calculated: earn 5kk per day). And the stone will disappear in 10 seconds, without making our gear any stronger. That would be very frustrated. Described above is the reason why I believe lowering the zenni price would give us more chance to make a success in enchanting. Put it simply, the more chance to enchant, the more chance to get a better equipment.

For Daneos and the people who are helping him, you would still get money even if the price will get lowered, if the future updates include Wagu Machine, for example. So. no worries.

Independently, I hope they will find the solution to fix the bug in the near future. And for the buggers, please don't do that again. If the game dies again, you should know that you are VERY reponsible for that.

Cuz the calculation use for the dodge is crap
They guys who runs this server thinks that dodge is not properly well know stat, like in all others RPG games.

they think dodging hitts and skills shouldnt exist, thats why the server SUCKS.

and for those who will complain about me not providing usefull information to fix the dodge equation, here is the basic problem

1 DEX = 10 Dodge

1 FOC = 10 Hit rate

Fix that and the existing equaition will work.

Step 1: Make a list of everyone who got +15 gear
Step 2: Downgrade every +15 gear to +0
Step 3: Watch, follow, track and spy every char whit the former +15
Step 4: Wait till they do the bug again
Step 5: watch how they do it
Step 6: Fix the bug

If the buggs still works they are gonna do it over and over and over again.
push them to the edge so the bug can go public so u can fix it
