Update On Lag Situation

Hey Everyone,


I know the lag has been bad the last few days, and I'm sorry for that. This lag is being caused by a specific device on the host's network, and despite my best efforts for five days, they haven't fixed the problem. I've sent them all manner of traffic logs and guides for how to solve the problem, and even network maps pointing them to exactly where the issue is, based on all your feedback, which I'm very thankful for. I stuck with this host because you guys wanted to stay with the same host Daneos had, but it appears the quality of service for newer customers is not the same that you guys are used to from them.


I did a ton of research last night and the results back up this theory. This current host started out with high reviews, but they're currently literally the lowest rated host I can find. Therefore, today I'll be working to switch us over to one of the top three ranked hosts, which has literally triple the review score of the current host. The new host has more positive reviews than our old host has reviews at all. Hopefully I can get us ported over by the end of the day, but I'm at work right now doing double duty, and the lag is making it difficult to work quickly, but I'm all over the problem.
