better make a "ticket" and send to the team. I really can't help you there..
Get new launcher, or try reset you router. Also make sure no antivir block ur dbo.exe! Check if dbo.exe is in your dbog folder.. if that doesn't help --> "ticket support"

Weapon coupons are disabled atm. They may never work.. I hope atleast the Gift box 2 days tickets will worke someday, maybe after a little rework to +10 instead to +12..

Hello. Im redken. Im new and have game installed and running. But at character creation it asks me to confirm my char but when i click ok nothing happens? Did i do something wrong?

I did notice that the launcher patcher didnt attempt to dl any additional files. But i wasnt sure if that's normal.
