We should be able to charge the RP while Flying! Just thinking! lol
Why do you think that? I am fine with current system.
It is normal that in Dragon Ball they charge while they are flying. And for the game, it would be worth for the moments you come flying to a mission and you arrive exactly where the enemies are. So, before you arrive in land you can charge.
