ALL CREDITS Mmatheking , Just to clear things out .. Quest chain Starts at level 15 ..
it's pretty much as normal Quests like : Mob hunts , item hunts , or tracking down a person ..
Sometimes it gives a flight Scroll as a reward ..
This item has the effect of about 3 mins ..
This item usually also has a quest with it ..
once you use it you can Double tap The spacebar to fly ..
once you fly the game gives you instructions in the Boxes on the left and right ( they appear as you Use the flight scroll )
These instructions should be followed to complete the quests .. First time you use it it simply wants you to fly around
Second time .. it wants you to dash
Third time it wants you to do a prolonged version of the dash
Quest chain Picks up again at level 25
and once more you do normal quests
and Receive Flight scrolls
But to Gain actual ability to fly is in level 30 !

You Have to Reach Level 30
And you have to Be Adult and Have Master Class

Quest Chain Main Quest :
Get to Location
Here you will find this Npc
At level 30 this Npc Will have a quest .. Accept it and it will show you THESE locations
These Locations are NOT for killing mobs !
once you get to these locations there will be another npc with a quest ( Also Flight chain Related )
I will show you what those quests are and how to Finish them
We will start From left to right !
Part 1 : ( North West Tower )
Quest A :
Step 1 :
Head to North West tower
That's This Location :
Step 2 :
Speak To This Npc and Accept his quest
He will tell you to go to This area and Kill 12 Red Pants Bulls
Now .. if you have lots of quests in this area ( like me )then you won't notice where the quest's objectives are at
These three circles are the Quest objectives
Step 3:
Head on to The fields next to Red Pants Dungeon and walk around until you findThisGuy
Search for them in the area until you kill all 12
*Note:* You HAVE to kill the Brown bull with red shorts and no top
Not the Blue bull with red shorts and no top
Or the Brown Bull with red shorts a blue top and a blue hat
Step 4:
Return to This npc
Accept his Reward And accept the other quest

Quest B :
Step 1 :
This quest will lead you here
Get there !
*Note:* The three circles are ALL the objective location
Step 2 :
Walk around until you Find This Guy
In this quest you Have to kill 8 Red Pants Bulls
*Tip:* You have to kill a few Before it starts counting the ones you're killing
*Note:* You HAVE to kill the Brown Bull with red shorts a blue top and a blue hat
Not the Blue bull with red shorts and no top
Or the Brown bull with red shorts and no top
Step 3 :
Kill 8 of this guy while searching the area for more
After killing the Mobs Return to This Npc
Accept the Next quest
Quest C :
*Note:* This is the last Quest of Part 1
Step 1 :
Head into This Area
There is only 1 place to look in this quest instead of 3 circles .. just one
Step 2 :
After heading into this area look for this monster 
*Note 1

*Note 2 Since this is a super , you have to kill it 1 time only
Step 3:
Return to This Npc and receive Reward
Part 2 : ( North East Tower !)
Quest A :
Step 1 :
Go to North east Tower
And talk to this Npc
Step 2
Accept his quest and head Here
Step 3:
Search For This Monster
Kill only ONE of it
Step 4 :
After Quest is Over Return to This Npc
Accept Reward And Accept Second Quest
Quest B :
Step 1 :
Head into this Area
Note that the three circles are simply Diffrent places to look but not diffrent Monsters to kill or items to look for
Step 2 :
Track down This Crate
You only Need One Crate
Step 3:
Return to This npc
And Accept Third And final Quest in this Part

Step 1 :
Your Quest will lead you Here
Step 2 :
Kill This Monster
Note That you only have to Kill it once
Step 3 :
Return to This Npc And Receive Reward
Part 3 : ( South East Tower ! )
Quest A :
Step 1 :
Go to South East Tower
And Talk to This Npc and acccept the quest
Step 2 :
Go to This location
And Search For 5 of this item
Step 3 :
Return to This Npc
And Accept This Quest :
Quest B:

Search For this item and get 10 of it

Return to This Npc and Accept Final Quest
