go to the nearest goods merchant or armor
once your on the shop menu you will see options at the bottom
1.repair 2. repair all 3. repair items
click repair then click your scouter
you must have enough money to upgrade
if your using the remade scouter should be about 13,000
if your using the new scouter it will be about 31,000
is your scouter saying ???
