client saying "account isn't found"

Is there a reason why the client can't find my account? I made a second one so I could recruit my other accounts to my guild but it doesn't register the account.
I verified on the forum and changed my region to NA so I am unsure now.

nvm I figured it out, I made a forum account instead of one on the homepage lol.
