So i was good at level 29, the skill reset says level 30 or under can skill reset but when i reach level 30 and choose class i want to reset my skills but i cant its show me the price i need to do it.

Have you completed master class quest ? because currently only base class can reset their skill. You cannot reset skill if you have changed to master class even if you are level 30.

You can't reset your skills after you have chosen your master class. It doesn't matter what level you are, its before you choose your master class.
The only way now to refund some of your skills is to use the brown book which you get at lvl 35 from the Popo Gift Box. ( You can reset only 5 SP from it )
