error de el launcher, dice que es viejo

    el juego se me instala perfecto, pero cuando lo abro me dice que el launcher es antiguo y me pide instalar el .net framework 3.5, no me deja instalarlo tampoco... como puedo solucionar esto? tengo windows 10... capaz tenga algo que ver, desde ya gracias
