i have payed for cash points many times, but there have been 2 occurrences on separate accounts in which i have no received the cash point. i spoke to the cash point services and they told me their transaction was complete and that everyone was done, and that the problem is believed to be from DBOG its self.
What i am asking for is to either get a refund or to finally receive the cash points i paid for. I can provide the necessary info needed to prove my statement
