Fairly new and need help plz

I say I'm fairly new because I played the old version of DBO but am now getting reacquainted with this new version but I'm having an issue. I started my game and made my character but when it starts the tutorial doesn't load up on the screen and my character is just standing there and I cant move him. The game isn't frozen it's just that I can't move him and the tutorial isn't loadng. plz elp me somebody any help would be good.
