Just download the game after a 2 years break. I did the bug fix about the server authentiaction problem and everything went fine, but I foundout that my charcthar has been deleted or something (I had two accounts,both avatars in both accounts are gone).
Any ideas?

Remember that last 2017 May 5th there was a wipe.

If there was a deletion but I think the accounts weren't completely deleted, just the characters, you may have forgotten the account or been banned
(If it is neither of the two things, it is possible that Dierufei is right, they will have deleted your account using wipe) -
