No one can do the mission you have to use time slot to gain that power to recharge RP 
No one can do the mission that uses temporal rift

Yes i have tryed this first time quest with all the 3 factions ( human, namek and majins ) and we cvan't enter in the rift ...
I hope ths quests will be repair really soon because the reward is really important to continue the game. -
Guys the time rifts aren't coded in the pre beta they are gonna be put in the open beta
