so I got an item called "cleanaair" but I can't take it out, it says the item is locked, how do I take it off? (i've already forfeited all my missions)

Keep doing quest, u will find the quest u need to complet during gameplay, just keep doing quest, I had the same problem and I got it remove by completing a quest, the bad thing is I ddint noticed right away so I cant tell what mission it was.
Its a quest around koring village not to far away from the center, dont know which one. -
