Everything else works fine, but I can't launch the game because the option isn't there. I'm currently uninstalling and reinstalling the setup and will try again, but just in case this happens again, does anyone know of a way to fix this?

Dude Daneos literally just posted that the launcher just had all the data erased and he is trying to get them back up as soon as possible so just be patient
