Who can help me make a good swordsman skill set up!!

I thought the skill reset books only downgrades 1 skill, 1 level at a time..? o-o atleast that's what I thought when I was reading it...(I'm level 25 :>)

U should add Glaring Slash later but I believe its bugged.
