no break, no upgrade tickets. I think downgrade is the best solution to keep the
game alive. decrease instead the droprate of legendary items and the chance to
get max item effects. the same with brown or silver boxes.

1 Daneos would have to rework quests in the early levels to implement flight that low, im sure he could do it but...

I dont disagree with that completly however becuase gohan and all the other Z Kids we flying before they hit puberty. Now if somewhere down the line after open beta daneos was bored enough to bring it to level 10 or something without accellerated flight, id be down for that. Newbies will have something they could apreciate about DBO RIGHT in the begining so they dont get too bored, since all the cool stuff happens after 30 mostly.
Now if you wanted to suggest something like having speed up/major speed up give more movement speed and give a longer duration, that might be a little up the "yeah why not" alley.
