Yes! the developers have stated on the forum that they were having a break, i'm pretty sure they are back now though.

Just wanted to know where the DBO server/s will be located? i wish to support the game (by donation) but am very hesitant because the server location may be to far from me.
Ping to US is roughly 180-200 (Easily playable)
Ping to EU is 300-340 (Unplayable)
