It was way too strong on Karmas so i assume that it got touched because of them, however every spell now seem wrong and the damage increase is just 5~10%.

Yeah that can work too. Any penalty can work really.
But this will basically make it become a Powerlvl item, in the sense that most classes who have a hard time lvling will most of the time lack damages.
The most efficient way to use it will be to have someone else kill for you, but that isn't possible without multi client.
And even then, powerlvling is so easy & fast that increasing its speed would be unhealthy.

This was +13 vs full +15 players, and 0 legendary earrings whatsoever that players like DiViNe have.
Essentially it's heavily RNG based, PvP is very flawed.

Honestly i don't think faster exp is needed considering that dbog's lvling is much faster than any other games.

You need +15 and also learn to play, spirit is the only kid class that requires a brain to play.

The problem with people who want to prevent multiclient is they don't understand that DBOG isn't even close to have enough players to solo play.
The big MMORPGs can afford to prevent it because they have more than 50k players across servers, and even then you will still need to prove your worth to be recruited.
DBOG barely has 500 individual players on a daily... So i am confident that people voting yes for this idea have no Idea of how MMO works, if you believe that the game is boring while being able to duo-tri man anything, wait until you've got no more choice of when / how to play.

Limiting PvE content would basically mean this becomes a mobile game where you can't actually play...
If someone only has 3 hours to play he'd want to be able to do anything he want for those 3 hours.

This passive should be turned into either a damage value like Crit%, or into fixated numbers so that their "big" spells (which are weak) could become instant.

Fighters are made to remain atop of PvP at lvl 70 no matter what future changes, only due to their ability to one shot, but they were always useless in PvE which is the only problem they have.
SM were always a top class in both PvP & PvE and will be at 70 too, but the problem lies in the direction the changes to this class went, first giving them more CD, now giving them more Crit dmg (if it's working that is), basically pushing them away from what their initial gameplay was : Combos.
But i believe that anything other than forcing them into a Fighter² will be a good change.

I will argue about this...
Basically in most of the PvP videos you can find you will see people manually change their boots into RP charge, %speed, etc... and that basically takes a "skill" that stops you from being able to click elsewhere, you have to time it right to gain an advantage, and if you mess it up you will put yourself at disadvantage.
Sure, granting this change would be useful and help players who aren't "good enough" to do it manually, but that will basically be just like adding respawn timers on League of Legends, good players used to do it manually already, but afterwards anyone could do it, and so it virtually removed this little advantage that players who can manage this had.

I think subgear system would only decrease the very limited "skill" it takes to PvP, by simply pressing a key you can change your entire set, instead of doing it manually before.

The ability to multi client is very important in a game like DBO.
A Fighter unlocks the ability to solo farm outside PvE thanks to it.
If you remove the ability to atleast dual client, many classes will be unable to atleast farm outside, which is supposed to be the easiest part of the game...

Ce sera P2Win simplement basé sur le fait qu'en payant on obtient de la valeur In Game et cette valeur pourra être vendue à d'autre joueurs, c'était exactement la même chose sur les serveurs officiels, il suffit de comprendre comment l'économie fonctionne afin de s'en rendre compte, vous achetez un dogi certes il ne donne pas de stats mais il a une grande valeur donc vous le vendez et avec l'argent vous pouvez ensuite acheter des équipements qui eux vont vous donnez des avantages, ça reviens à acheter des zenys.
