I have this problem. I tried turning off firewall, reinstalling, restarting, downloading the latest framework, i still get the updater stuck at 0% and no i can't change region cause it says wait for the updater
maybe restart ur router?

how did you change it? I can't do it be a useful of the dumb updating thing
(If u talking about servers) U go to the Lancher > Options > Region and change it to North America...then save it..it should do a little update and then the START button will go yellow..so Good Luck and Have Fun

I had the same problem i just change the region from south america to north america and it fixed

When i add a friend and it goes offline and then online again..in the friend lost it shows me that he/she is offline even if they are in or not..i need to delete and re-add him/her to show that he/she is online..

Its not about whats the best class and build...Its about what class and build its for you...for example..
I am suited for SM but some other ppl is suited for Fighter
others for turtle and the list goes..

U better call those Speed Builds and Crit Builds...That build u have here is Speed build but if u change pentrate to 1/5, and put it to wff or flash it will be a crit build...Here's mine Crit SM Build Its a crit build..I like crit better :3

(I live in greece for those who ask...the timezone is +3 UTC/GMT for summer time...for winter it was +2 i think ) -
i was thinking something like:
1) Past
2) Present
3) Future
Or
1) 1-Star DB
2) 2-Star DB
3) 3-Star DB
Etc. -
1)Will guilds/clans be available in P-OB?
2)What's the difference between P-OB and OB? -
How can you not run this game, how old is that computer!?!!? Depends on what your into, I need a computer for light editing and smooth web surfing and HD youtube watching and flawless dbo gaming, on the other hand if game wise I would learn towards a PS3 cause based on price they are dirt cheap you should be asking a PC or PS4 cause a good PC is what 300-400 for a medium build built yourself
Yeah..u know thia pc is too much old...i have him 8 years now
...so yeah...and without this to have a GPU is a bit of a problem..cauze i am down on fps and also i cant find a GPU that suits this motherboard..so yah i think i will buy a new pc for now and i think 300$-400$ would be good for me!
(Couldnt do it this entire time cauze i didnt had the money da**it )

I had a question in my mind about buying a medium pc or a ps3 with some games i can take( with xenoverse ofc
)
I would like have a ps3 to play rachet and clank(Future Series),DragonBall Xenoverse(Which i heard is a veery awesome game ),Sonic Generations(Very good game)..and many other games
But i would like also to have a PC cauze the pc i have is not very good...I play DBO with high in 20 fps
Sooo...I want your opinion about it..What's better? PC or PS3?
