I don't think Steam would even consider DBOG. It's true, it's happened before with games like All Point Bulletin (APB Reloaded nowadays), but the game and its rights were actually bought legally.

kaioken should be able to be used on short burst like the move goku used "kiaoken finish" he would go kaioken for a bit to used the streght then go out of it. ssj should be like the more you upgrade it the less of a cool down it has. And when you max upgrading ssj and then some you can unlock ssj2 but with the cool down at 60 minutes. in the db universe when you first learn ssj it takes time for you to be able to summon it on command the cool down acts like the time it takes to summon it but as u upgrade it you get closer and closer to summoning it on command. Imagine ssj god ssj comes out and players still have to wait and hour to summon it. its un ethical.

I suggest everyone to grind from 60 to 66-- and then, level up with quests. Or the other way around, it's the same thing but I feel like it's less frustrating to just hit level 70 quick and easy with quests.

As someone already stated earlier, everything will be wiped once the game goes from pre-beta to beta. So those what those bots do will be for nothing.
It seems you are not considering one thing; bots will keep existing even after pre-open beta. Banning accounts will actually serve the purpose to warn and intimidate them, and whether they do or not, it's mandatory. Else, if they won't ban them, everyone can just be like: fuck it, and go use bots themselves.
